I am searching for my birth mother. I am 35 years, old born on April 17, 1974 in Mason City Iowa, Cerro Gordo County. I know my birth mother left me at the hospital and DHS put me into foster care and I was adopted by Gary and Janice Roorda of Lynnville, Iowa a few months later, in July I think. They named me "Sandy" at the hospital. I have 3 children and would really love to meet my birth mother - I have nothing but admiration and gratitude for this woman.
