Birth parent: Gail LaBranche, DOB: 12-09-45, residence at that time was Midland Texas. Details: He was adopted by a Lutheran family from Austin, Texas. He was about 3-4 weeks old when he was allowed to go home with his adoptive parents because he had trouble with feeding.
