Looking for my biological older sister. She was raised by my maternal grandparents. I was adopted. I was born 09/14/27 in Syracuse, New York. The Cayuga County Department of Social Services handled the adoption on 12/18/27. I was very ill at birth. My birth name is Rosemarie Phillips. From records I have received, my mother was a cook and father was tenant farmer. My mother was deaf. She and my father ran away but where later found and she was returned home. I been looking for my family since the 1980's. My daughter has assisted me. MOTHER American Caucasian Education: Handicapped Classes Left school Occupation: Cook Health history: severe deafness and appeared disadvanataged. Had diptheria, convulsions, measles, chicken pox, and whooping cough as an infant. The records indicate that this was the second child born to the biological mother. Time of the birth was 2:45 a.m. Regarding the background facts and circumstances, the biological mother and father ran away but werelater found. The biological mother's older daughter was apparently raised by the maternal mother's grandparents. The younger child was surrendered for adoption.
