I am looking for my birth mother. I was born on Dec 5, 1980. At St. Marks Hospital in Utah. My mother was 5'5" and 115lbs with blonde hair and blue eyes. She gave me a letter describing the day I was born because that is a tradition in her family. I was born at 12:20 in the afternoon. She loved reading and was good with the piano.
