I have a West Virginia elementary school diploma issued to Eidth R. Linger, May 23rd, 1929, it does not specify the county only WVA. It does contain the following information: T.P. Rollyson, County Superintendent, William C. Cook, State Superintendent, W.L. Knicely, Teacher, W.R. Skidmore, President of the Board of Education. I am interested in returning it to a member of the Linger family if they are around and interested. I think I got it at a yard sale or flea market in the Harpers Ferry WVA area years ago.
