Born 07/21/1974 Chico, California at N.T. Enloe Memorial Hospital. I'm a white male and was adopted at birth. I'm searching for my biological mother, father and any living relatives. I believe my birth name was RONNIE HOWELL. I believe my mothers maiden name is Bowman. (I've received the forms and am in the process of requesting Non Identifying information. Also, I plan to petition the Court for release of my adoption records - Does anyone have advice relating to petitioning a court in a "closed county"? The expected response would be negative, but I'm assuming there is some kind of request that would encourage a judge to respond favorably.
