birth parents or siblings i was born on july 18 1964 i am a male i was picked up by adopted parents on oct 18 1971 and adopted about 1 year later. adoption went through the panguitch ut court house. i think one of the foster parents last name was buttler. i dont know what my last birth name was. i now go by brian wayne jolley i hope this helps. i am on disability so i am home all the time. i think i have a sibling that is just older than me. my adopted parents said my birth mother was 14 when i was born. i was born at dee memorial hospital in ogden ut. i live in richfield ut have lived here since 1989. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
