I am looking for any Klap family descended from Martinus / Martin Klap (born 22/6/1858)and Sara Paauwe (born 24/10/1863). They married in Wemeldinge, Zeeland. They migrated from Zeeland, Netherlands in 1891 with four children. They came to Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA and had another four children. Children Jennie?? Klap, Sara Klap 1884?, Joseph Klap 1888, Cornelia Klap 1889? in Zeeland, Netherlands...and Nellie 1892, Cornelius / Neal Klap(b.6/2/1898), Martin Klap (b.6/9/1900) and John Klap (b.1904)in Grand Rapids, Kent, Michigan. Joseph Klap married ? Cornelius Klap married Barbara Verveen and died in July 1984. Martin possibly married Ethel Lindeboom and died Dec. 1992. I am descended from Sara Paauwe's brother Izaak Paauwe.
