Any birth parent or family member Was born July 28 1959 at appox 3:30 pm at Rockford Memorial or Swedish American Hospital It was a private adoption between the judge attornies birth parent and adpotive parents. Born in Rockford Illinois It was mentioned to my adoptive parents that I might have siblings that are older and they may have also been placed .I have checked all court records they contain only my adoptive parents no info anywhere if anyone has any clues of to how to do this I have been searching since I was 18.
