Am trying to make a connection between my Wilson ancestors in Claiborne and Copiah County, Mississippi, and Wilson's in north Alabama and Laurens Co. South Carolina. We are also related to the Hooker family in SC. My ggf James Monroe Wilson, was born around 1843 either in north Alabama or SC. May be the James Wilson listed in the Blount County, Alabama census of 1850, the son of John and Martha Wilson. Any help will be greately appreciated | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
