Can someone help me find out more about this John Cathcart I found on the Hardin County , Il 1855 census? He is marked in the 30-40 age group, wife 20-30 and one child under 10. Am trying to identify these as my grandparents. I have a marriage license for a John Cathcart and Lucinda Taylor in Hardin County in 1862, but that predates this census, alto it does not completely rule it out. Can anyone help me dig up more info on these 2? They may even have died and been buried in Hardin Co, no on knows. Thanks so much!
