I gave birth to a son on June 25th 1988 at Crozer Hospital in Delaware County, Upland, PA. I named him Samuel David. My last name at the time of his birth was Bell. I asked his adoptive parents in a letter to keep his name. I was 17 at the time of his birth and had no means of supporting him properly. I want him and his adoptive parents to know that I LOVE and MISS him very much. I also would love to give him a chance to meet his half brother and half sister.
