I am looking for my birth parents and for information about them. I have some of the adoption papers so I do have a little more than usual information. My name was Baby Boy "Dick" Hickman and I was adopted 07/24/1961 by the Island County Juvenile department. The Cause No. was J-1395. The court appointed Bernice Patterson as Next Friend, Robert B. Dobie was administrator, and Charles F. Stafford was the Judge. I think my birth mother was of German decent, studying to be a nurse and was engaged to be married. I also believe I have an older brother. My birth father was also of German decent, and a diabetic. That's about all I know. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
