Searching for info on Thomas Scott Adams, who died in Clinton, East Feliciana Parish, ca 1899. He was a native of South Carolina, a member of the Hampton Legion, and lived in East Feliciana pre-war and postwar. Apparently was Secretary of State for Louisiana for a short while, and was a member of the Louisiana Legislature. Seeking dates of birth, death, and place of burial, and any other info. Thanks, OLS
