My name is Quessie R Miller and I am searching for my daughter. Her name at birth was Kayla Miller born at Tift Memorial Hospital in Tifton Ga in early January of 1990 or 1991. At that time I was attending Abraham Baldwin College in Tifton, Ga. My hometown was Quitman, Ga. The caseworker that handled the adoption was Peggy Mathis.
