We are trying to locate my husband's birth father. We have contacted the birth mother and she would not divulge this information. Mainly interested in medical history. My husband was born prematurely in Farrell Osteopathic Hospital in Farrell, PA on 10/06/69 to Martha Lewis/Lardas (it was spelled Lewis on birth certificate, but I have found other information where it was spelled "Lardas".
