Birth Mother - I am a white female and was born at Richmond Retreat Hospital on July 28,1965. I weighed about 7 + lbs and had a head full of dark hair and have brown eyes. I was adopted by Lois and Nelson C. Palmore who were from Powhatan VA. My mother was a 24 year old unwed female and my biological father is waived his legal rights during the adoption process. My grandmother, Mazie Palmore found out about my birth mother through their mutual OB GYN doctor whose office was on Monument Avenue in Richmond VA. My adopted parents brought me home from the hospital when I was 12 days old, my mother thinks that she saw a baby bracelet on my arm with the last name, "BEST" | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
