Searching for birthmother or birthfather. Baby girl Baker, born 12/20/1969 in Deaconess Hospitol, Oklahoma City, OK. DHS adoption. The only info I have is that my birthmother was around 15 at the time of birth and my father may have been 17. I spent 3 months in state custody (foster care?) before being adopted.
