I am searching for my sister Yvette and brother Charlie who entered Florida State Custody in Miami Dade County in May of 1979. Thier mother is Marta Sylvia Spencer. I was born to my mother in 1980 so I am sure my brother and sister are not aware I am here. I believe my brother Charlie Spencer and sister Yvette Spencer were placed in two separates adoptive home, therefore was hoping to possibly connect with them to see if they have the desire I do to be reunited with my birth siblings. I beleieve they were five or six 1979, Charlie has brown hair brown eyes (I have pictures) and Yvette has blonde hair green eyes. My mother was married to David L.
