James Harold Norman, Jr IN ATTACHED PHOTO. I have found several men (not him) with this name born in the United States around the same time (year born approximately 1947), but this one attended UGA, the Univ of Georgia at Athens, in 1964, His photo is in the Pandora Yearbook below. He was a member of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity and The Pershing Rifles National Fraternity. I was told that he might have been a Psychology Major. He was a caucasion male, 6'2' with black hair and brown eyes and would have been about 18 years old then. I was also told that he was called "Jim Norman" by his friends and had family in Texas and maybe Utah. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
