I am in search of my birth mother. I was born October 16th 1978 in Winter Haven, Florida. I believe I was adopted thru the LDS adoption agency and I know the Dr's name was Dr. Crenshaw. I was adopted by my parents in February 1979. I am 5' 11" 200lbs I have hazel eyes dark brown hair. I have a cleft chin high cheek bones my nose is not huge but it's big. I have a mole on the side of my right side of my head and another mole on the right side of my knee. I do have large feet as well.
