I'm trying to find my birth mother. She was 22 when she gave me up. I was born at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. I was born September 5, 1970. She did write down the name she wanted to name me on the back of my birth certificate, Charlette Michelle. She would be 61 or 62 years old now.
