I was born 4/19/1977. I am looking for any of my biological relations and/or any info about them. My adoption was handled by Richland County Children Services in Central Ohio. There is a good possibility that I was born in another state, though. My adoptive Mom and Dad named me Melanie Audra Buckmaster, his name is Carl Edward Buckmaster and her name is Susan Ann McClain (McClain being her maiden name). I was given up for adoption as an infant, placed in a foster home in Shelby, Ohio, where they called me "Hannah", and went home with my new family, "The Buckmasters," around four months old. This was a closed adoption so I have absolutely no information about my birth parents, aside from the possibility they weren't in Ohio. Most of the boxes on my birth certificate were either left blank or "unknown" is written in. It is in the State of Ohio. I have lived most of my life in central Ohio. Please contact me if any of this is familiar to you. As far as a physical description of myself I am 5'7" and about 125-130 lbs. I am the thickest I have ever been, prior to this past winter I was always about 100-105 lbs, too skinny for my height, but I am simply blessed with a melabolism that's outta this world. I think I am finally going to start filling out now that I am in my thirties. My hair is dark brown naturally and gets a ton of blonde in the summer months. As a little girl my hair had a lot of body, but at 12 I got a perm, and ever since my hair has grown in curly. My eyes are green, blue, and gray and look different depending on the color of my shirt. I tan easily and the sun does bring out the freckles on my face, especially across my cheeks and nose... kinda like a racoon.:) The only other name I have legally used was Melanie Atkins, my married name. I married Jesse James Atkins on 10-20-98 and we were divorced 05-03-04. If you think I may be related to you or someone you know please contact me or if you have any info that may help in my search for my biological family I would appreciate your help more than words could ever explain.
