I am searching for my biological father. All I know was that his name was Willie. He was in the area of Youngstown,OH during the 1970's. He had a brief encounter with a lady named Cindy Kenst(my biological mother.) I was born in Mahoning County(youngstown,OH.)I am a bi-racial child, given up at birth for this reason. He is African-American male.He was a friend of my mom. He visited her when she was about 20-25yrs. old when he last visited her in the Nursing Home. She was diagnosed with MS.
