I am looking for info on my biological grandfather, Sam Lowe. He was married to Elizabeth Napier and they had 3 or 4 children before being devorced. They would have lived around Delbarton, WVA or the Inez, KY area. The children I know they had together were, Samuel Dennis Lowe, Berman Howard Lowe and Maxine Lowe. I believe they had one more that died as a child. Their child Berman was born on January 5, 1928. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
