I was adopted on Nov. 15, 1957 in the probate court of Montgomery, Ohio case # 3673. My name was Debbie i have no last name. my adopted mother's address was 510 Adeline Ave. Vandalia, Ohio. H.E. Stricker was the m.d.was recorded on 9/28/1953.My adopted parents were Ruth & Howard Dean Nelson. mothers maiden name Beaty.My name was changed to Linda Sue Nelson when adopted.
