I am looking for my sister that my parents had out of wedlock in March 1969 in st paul minnesota. My father was looking for her and died in 2004 now I want to finish what my dad started and find my sister. My mom's name was Twyla Carol Fabel and dad was Harold John Steffen Jr and named her Shawn. All the rest of the information my dad got and what I couldn't remember is locked in a safe where my mom will let me see it when see dies.
