Looking for my husband's twin sister. They were born on 4/7/1964 in Millmont or Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. He was adopted around the age of 2 -sometime in 1966. Both of his adoptive parents are deceased now - a family member reports that his biological father's name was Marlin Frederick and his biological mother's maiden name was Betty, or Elizabeth, Keister.
