I am searching for my daughter: I surrendered you for adoption 21 1/2 years ago. You were born in Upstate New York at the WCA Hospital July 25, 1987 at approximately 1:30 a.m. You are bi-racial; I am Italian, your father is African American. I was 20 years old at the time I gave birth to you. I requested you be raised Catholic. You were placed in the Chautauqua County foster care system after you left the hospital. I think the couple who adopted you did so approximately September 22, 1987. I know they were in their 30's at the time. Your mother who adopted you is Italian; your father African American. I know they were both teachers and your mother took a year sabbatical to be with you. I am in debited to them for taking you and providing a loving home to you. There are many people who want to meet you, including an Uncle {my brother} and his wife, your Aunts {my sisters} and their children, your cousins, my mother and father (your grandparents), and many many second cousins. Not a day has gone by that I have not thought about you. I miss you more than you could ever imagine. I pray for you every day. If you think I might be your birth mother, please respond. Also, I need to give you my family's medical history. I was able to obtain a picture of you; I believe you were 3 1/2 weeks at the time that picture was taken by the foster care staff. I think the foster care agency named you Nichole. I received the above mention information regarding you from my case worker.
