I am the adult child of a deceased adoptee. My father was born in 1958 in Berrien County, Michigan. He would be turning 51 this year. Adoptation records state that his birth family had 17 children. We know very little else except for that the birth family may have stayed at the House of David in Southwest Michigan for a short period of time.
