Looking for information on my grandfather, Theodore Joseph Dale b.05/11/1900 and placed with the Philadelphia SPCC in April 1910 and raised by the Patrick and Thomas Hickey family on their farm in Lincoln University, PA (New London Twp). It is confirmed he did live with the Hickey family until at least 1920. He had a sister, Florence Dale listed on his 1917-1918 military registration as nearest relative. I am looking for information on my grandfather's parents and any other siblings he may have had and pictures of him when he was younger and living with the Hickey family. From what I was told, the Hickey's raised him like one of their own childen, so he would be in the Hickey family photos. Any info is greatly appreciated.
