I have received non-identifying information through an Indiana registration - basic information received was my birth Mother was 36, single and no religious preference. I was born February 1, 1959 in Terre Haute, Indiana. My Adopted Parents picked me up from the hospital(?) when I was 5 days old. The adoption went through an attorney from Peru, Indiana.
