Query Text:

Searching for Jerome B. Walker, printer in Galveston Tx in the 1860's. Died in San Francisco on Jan. 30, 1866. He was the son of John Walker and Elizabeth Graham and lived in Fayette Co. TX around 1840. In 1850, he was in Louisville, KY. In 1854-1855 he was with a Texas Ranger unit under Capt. Charles E Travis. Any info would be welcome, but especially some notice in a Galveston paper of his death. My knowledge comes from a brief note in a CA paper. Thanks, Joan Majtenyi in OH
