I am looking for ANYONE related to Frank Kramer, b. about 1914 in Cook County, Chicago, IL. His parents were Bernard and Elizabeth Kramer and he had a step-father named Fred Wonderlin. He had two brothers, Walter and my grandfather, Bernard. I believe that he might have died in 1977 but I'm not sure.
