I am the birth mother of a boy who was born on April 13, 1977 in Mountain Home Idaho. All I know was that this child was adopted by a family in the Boise area. I was 16 at the time and lived in Glenns Ferry Idaho. Of course the pregnancy was not planned. An abortion was out of the question. Giving this child up for adoption was the hardest thing that I have ever had to do. It broke my heart, but I decided that it would be the best thing for both of us at the time.
