I was born @ Cookeville Hospital December 16 , 1978 in Cookeville, Tn. I am male and am 30 years old. Trying to find out information on medical background for my children's sake. I know nothing other than date i was born, and that my birth mother smoked. I was put into foster home and then adopted. That's all i know. I have a stocky build about 5'10" and i am near sided and have blonde hair with red facial hair with squinted eyes. I am also very musical.
