I'm looking for more details on the Stott family of Northampton County. According to the information I have found on census and tax records, the family lived in the Hungar's Parish area of the county. My husband's great-great-great-grandfather was Keley Stott born in 1798. It appears his father was Laban Stott, son of Jonathan Stott. We have found a record of Keley Stott marrying Susanna Willis in June of 1823. Keley and the family left Northampton County around 1829 and spent some time in Princess Anne County and then migrated to Ohio sometime in the 1830s.
