I am helping my step-daughter search for her sister that was placed for adoption. The child placed for adoption was born on or around June 25, 1985, in Waukon, IA. The adoption may have been handeled by Lutheran Social Services, this is just an assumption. The child may have light-brown or sandy-blonde hair. Blue eyes are also a possibility. The birth mother was of thin stature and approximately 5'5" tall.
