Searching for girl born Sept 30.1973 in Poplar Bluff MO,Butler county. Her birthdate could have been changed though. Heard she was adopted by a family in Stoddard Co. Caseworker invloved were Shipman and Mary Jane Taylor. Birth mothers name was Shirley K bruce and biological fathers name was Charles Young.I beleive the adoption may have taken place through division of family services.Heard at one time she may be living in Ripley Co.
