Birthmother of my daughter Chelsey (birthmother named her Samantha). Baby girl was born on February 15th, 1991 in Salt Lake City, Utah. This child was adopted through LDS Family Services (Audry Riddle was the social worker) Chelsey is turning 18 this February and would love to meet her birth parents! We, the adoptive family would love to meet you, too! We got a letter from the birth grandmother and the birth aunt--beautiful letters. We wrote to the birth mother for 6 months (through LDS Family Services)The birth grandmother sent a small quilted wall hanging with the date of the birth on it. The birth mother sent a small porcelin pink jar with a gold heart and chain in it for the baby. We sent pictures of our daughter to the birthmother for 6 months.
