I would like to communicate with cousins who were related to my granparents who lived in COunty Down. My g=Grandfather's name was James Gordon. He and his brother THomas emigrated to Canada In the 1920's. My Granmother's maiden name was Mary Smyth. SHe taught school in County Down area until she also emigrated to Canada to marry James Gordon. My grandmother Mary returned to Ireland with her Son Patrick Gordon in the 1960's. She died one year later. I always wanted to know my grandparents family. I am living in the US now and hopefully one day I plan to visit my grandparents' birthplace. If anyone has information on the Gordon-Smyth (Smith) it would be greatly appreciated. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
