Looking for birth parents or other family members. I was born August 30, 1970. My birth mother was catholic and from the adirondacks. She was 17 and my birth father was 21. I was given up at 3 days old to foster parents and they adopted me March 1971 and I was given the name Tammy Lee by my birth mother. I was born in CVPH hospital in Plattsburgh NY. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
