I am looking for my birth mother. My name is Jessica. My original last name was Thompson. I was not given a first name. I was born in Topeka, KS at the St. Francis Hospital on February 4th, 1977 at 9:18pm. My birth mother's name at the time was Celestia Thompson. She was 18 years old and lived in Silver Lake, KS. I am also looking for at least a name of my birth father, or any information thereof.
