My name is Crystal and I'm searching for my mother, father or any siblings. I was adopted when I was five weeks old. I was born in Port Huron Michigan on 2/26/74. My mother was 15 years old and my father was 17. My mother was said to be approximately 5'4 with brown hair and blue eyes and my father 6'0 with blonde hair and blue eyes. I was adopted through Christian family services. I am searching for information mainly because of health issues. I've had 18 surgeries and several other health problems. I have two children and worry that my health problems may be genetic. I would also like to thank my mother for giving me up to a better life than she thought she could give.
