Searching for the mother of Mary Louisa DUGAR (b. Sep 16, 1838, Palmyra, Wayne, NY; d. Sep 18, 1913, Yates, Orleans, NY).____Her father was Charles DUGAR, and his wife's name is Mercy [Mary] on the 1850, Yates, Orleans, NY census record.____ According to the records I've collected, Mercy was Charles Dugar's first wife and the mother of their nine children; Sarah Ann(b.1833), Sophia(b.1834), Mary [Mercy?] J,(b.1835), Mary Louisa(b. 1839), Erasta(b. 1840), Charles Wesley(b.1842), Emma(b.1844) and Lucy C.(b.1848)._____Mercy was born Jul 6, 1809 in NY and died Dec 21, 1852, probably in Orleans, NY.____I'd like to find Mercy's maiden name and trace her parents. Any information is warmly appreciated.
