I am searching for my biological mother. I believe her name is Linda and her maiden name is Powers I also believe I have a hlaf brother by the name Ty. Linda Powers lived in California before moving us to Missouri. We lived with my father Tom Milliger. After they seperated my mom, Ty and myself moved back to Big Bear California. After a while I was sent back to my father who had remarried a woman named Nancy. I lost track of my mother and was given to foster home around the age of 6. I was eventually adopted and my birth certificate legal changed to show my adoptive parents. I believe the adoption took place in Troy MO. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
