I am a 40 year old female born in St.Paul, minnesota on 01-31-1968 in Ramsey County and adopted through an agency called Catholic Order of Foresters which I think at that time was based out of St. Cloud, Minnesota. My nationality: German, Belgium and Scandanavian. On my birth certificate my name is Lisa Ann Vogel with my adoptive parents names of William J. Vogel and Eileen F.
