My twin brother & I are searching for our biological father.His name is Jerome Patrick Delaney Sr,he was in the service & stationed in Panama City,Fl in 1952.We were born to Lillian Welch Spinks on July 21,1953.We would like to find our father,our mom passed away May 2003 & we have 8 other half siblings.Our mom had photos of our father but her last husband tore them up when we were young.Our older siblings told us that he was from Philadelphia.After leaving Panama City,Fl,he was stationed in Norfork,Va. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
