My name is Amy Lechner, I was born on May 28, 1969, 05/28/1969, at West Hills Hospital in Canoga Park, California at 1:40 pm. The doctor was Jack Swartz. I believe my name at birth was Jeanette Andreason-Abbott and my birth mother is Laury Andreason, and birth father is George Abbott. I spent six weeks in foster care and was then adopted.
