I was adopted by a family from Russellville, Ky in December 1955. I know that my name was Rita Faye Kennedy before it was legally changed. I have been told that my birth mother was from Indiana and that she was attractive, of medium build, blond hair, had a high school education and worked as a secretary. Her name was Shirley Kennedy.
